Our trajectory: A century of leadership, tradition and business innovation
Since our founding on April 24, 1925 as C.A. Cervecería Caracas, we have traveled an extraordinary path of transformation, adapting to the times and remaining at the forefront in the real estate, financial and investment sectors. INVACA is a living example of how to combine tradition with a futuristic vision to build a successful trajectory.
Example of trajectory and growth: Since 1925, we have led urban modernization processes, developing commercial, residential and office projects that have defined the urban landscape of Caracas and other cities in the country.
Consolidation in the capital market: In 1955, INVACA became a public company when it registered in the Caracas Stock Exchange, consolidating its position as a pioneer in the real estate and securities market.
First steps towards evolution
In 1955, we marked a decisive milestone in our history by evolving towards a broader and more strategic approach. We adopted the name Compañía Anónima de Inmuebles y Valores Caracas (INVACA), reflecting our intention to lead in the real estate and capital markets. This change consolidated our commitment to modernization and positioned us as pioneers in the Bolsa de Valores de Caracas since December 19 of that same year.
Over time, we strengthened our presence, integrating ourselves into a solid business consortium with Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios (FVI). This strategic union allowed us to expand our reach and operating capacity, laying the groundwork for our continued growth.
Diversification and Expansion
In 2017, we took another significant step forward by transforming ourselves into an Authorized Capital Stock Corporation
With the renewed name INVACA, Inmuebles, Valores y Capitales, S.A.C.A., we reaffirm our intention to diversify our operations and maintain our position as a reference in the sector.
Our track record, marked by a combination of experience, strategic vision and adaptability, has allowed us to consolidate our position as leaders in commercial, residential and office projects, while continuing to innovate in the financial markets.
INVACA Investment Company
In 2024, we reached a new historic milestone by absorbing Fondo de Valores Inmobiliarios (FVI), consolidating our position as the leading company in the real estate and financial sector in Venezuela. This merger process, carried out through the Bolsa de Valores de Caracas, reaffirms our position as the company with the most uninterrupted years of uninterrupted listing in this market.
With this integration, we are born as INVACA Investment Company, combining a strong heritage with a modern and global vision. Our new slogan, “Investment Company”, encapsulates our ambition to attract and promote national and international investments in multiple sectors, while maintaining our essence as a leader in the real estate market.
